It is bittersweet to see so many of you happy and so many lost along the way. I was awkward when young but I gradualy gained confidence, especially in Medical School, OHSU '80. My career was as an Anesthesiologist. My son Cris is the finest human being I have ever known (ok, I am biased), and I am fortunate that we are close. In 7th grade I shared a desk in English with Terry Nice at Jefferson Junior HS. She was invariably friendly and kind to me until we graduated in '67. I have often been curious about her life, wishing her well. Terry is not listed as missing or deceased or anywhere on this website, so far. If any of you know her current name or her fate, please email me at indilogic@gmail.com  I will respect her privacy and not contact her. It would give me a sense of closure to know. Terry's sweet nature and kindness has influenced my life all these years and I am grateful to have known her. I wish you all well. I have an appreciation for the beautiful nature in so many of you. -Ari Holm (I changed my name to Ari)

My thanks to Roger Bascue who sent me a picture of Teri (Nice) Pena and her husband David from the 50th reunion. They look healthy and bright together. (To me her name is Teri but the yearbook says Terry) I feel a part of my mind and heart have healed from not knowing, and that is closure. I came from a family of violent abuse and had learned no social skills. Teri's kindness allowed me to look at myself and strive to be like her, to learn and heal and care, to become a doctor and care for others, to have a close and loving family. The class of '67 was the perfect class for me. Be well  -Ari

I live on the path of totality of the solar eclipse and because I will be hosting a house full of friends and relatives the weekend before, I am so sorry that I will not be able to attend the reunion.

Hello Lancers, Just found out about the Reunion this past Thursday. Sorry I won't be able to attend. The 17th is my husband Roy's (married 42.5 years) 84th Birthday. We have a celebration that week-end. Keep me informed of any other reunions. Happy living in Bend, Oregon for the past 17 years....Jani

I've been looking for information on any possible gathering your class might have for its 50th reunion.  Thanks to Pat Mullaley and Roger Bascue, I now have that ! I plan to come down on friday the 18th and would love to fill in anyone interested about Dave's life.  Please don't be shy if you're curious !

Have not seen most of my classmates since the 10th as I was unaware of the 40th.  At the 40th year I attended South Eugene's runion at the invitation of a long-time friend as many of that class were my classmates at Condon and Roosevelt.  Name tags (in LARGE letters) will be imperitive as most of us will not recognize each other!!!  Interesting that my wife roomed with Bruce Larson's wife at a Lutheran HS boarding school and was unware until her 25th reunion!  Very small world.

I've only kept in touch with a few classmates and looking forward to catching up with everyone else.  However, it is going to be a challenge to recognize everyone!

This reunion should be the best one to date.  Many events are works in process.  Don't miss it.
